The last couple weeks, SciFi has been airing min-marathons of "Ghost Hunter" reruns. I hope this means they are trying to generate hype for another new season of the show. Here are the next mini-marathons:

Wednesday, 03/08
7:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Deville's House & Brennan's Restaurant
8:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Mordecai & USS N. Carolina
9:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Theater/Firehouse Haunting
10:00 pm Ghost Hunters: NY Museum/CT Lighthouse
Wednesday, 03/15
7:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Child Haunting/Sutcliffe House
8:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Astor Mansion/NJ Affiliate
9:00 pm Ghost Hunters: TAPS Trainee/Asylum
10:00 pm Ghost Hunters: Eastern State/Vacation Home

If SciFi, doesn't do anything for them, they should try to get A&E to pick them up. A&E has really gotten into the busines of realty shows. The have Dog: The Bounty Hunter, Growing Up Gotti, Family Plots and others. "Ghost Hunters" would fit in well with their programming.

I watch this show whenever I can. Unfortunately, not every place I go to has access to SciFi Channel. I love the factual based techniques they use for the investigations and how they always try to look for several explanations to the cases they look into.

Hi DoctorZero! Yes, it is good to see a show about ghosts rely on scientific methods, rather than just sightings from people. Even though they are believers, you almost wouldn't know it from they way they go at a haunting to disprove it. But I guess the best way to prove something, is to make sure someone else can't disprove it. This probably saves them a lot of time and energy during an investigation too.

I wish they could check the house I used to live in, I would love to get their explanation of my shadow figure. Several of my friends go to psychics and they took me along to some to get an opinion on him. They all said he wasn't attached to the house, but rather to me. I even had a holy-roller type preacher (and I don't mean that in a bad way) at a revival, come over to me and try to pray away what he called "a dark presence" from its attachment to me. But he said it only engulfed me rather than leaving. The preacher was quite upset by it.

Truthfully, I've never had a problem with it, whatever it is. I'm just curious to know who, what where and why. One guess I have is that he is the spirit of a deceased man whose tombstone I found and have been trying to find his grave to return it too him. I think it was stolen by the teenage son of the previous owner of the house where I first encountered my shadow man.

The show started off with a really strong episode this past Wednesday. I like the mix of the cases they investigate and the personal interactions with the TAPS crew.

The St. Augustine Lighthouse as a good show with what they caught at the lighthouse, but I was disappointed they did not do any other sites in St. Augustine, arguably the most haunted town in the country.

Surprise, surprise! Today, they are airing a marathon of Season 2 episodes! It started this morning and ends at 11:00 tonight.
