So far, I've only really seen Taken, the 4400 and X-Files, and I have to say Taken was my favourite show. But the X-Files is getting interesting. I can't really decide as I haven't seen enough of this genre.

I have been a big X-Files fan for a long time. However, now I'm currently enjoying Supernatural. I think it hasn't aired in your country yet but when it does be sure to check it out, because it's really good.

As far as the shows in this genre I wil have to say...
Supernatural is the the best on on TV right now IMO

I would agree that currently Supernatural is the best of the supernatural shows on the air.
